本报渭南讯 （记者石俊荣 实习生郗倩） 近日，有人从渭南某学校捡到一份由渭南市疾病预防控制中心制作的《HIV抗体确证检测结果通知单》，上面有韩城一艾滋病病毒感染者的姓名、年龄、住址等资料，这份被标明为“秘密”的通知单背面被当做草稿纸写上了英语字母。昨天，该中心相关人员表示要进行调查。
这份《HIV抗体确证检测结果通知单》在一张A4纸上，上面是存联，下面是正联，除了“秘密”标示外，还有“此页由送检单位填发”的字样，编号是“渭2009—008”，内容是陕西省疾病预防控制中心2009年7月9日确证的25岁韩城某艾滋病病毒感染者资料，确证结论是“阳性”，但是没有盖章。同时当成草稿纸出现的还有一份修改过的咸阳市疾病预防控制中心《质量手册》样稿。
