The new turn of registration to rights for managing rural lands in Zhejiang has started from June, 2015, and was planned to be finished in 3 years. At present, there are more than 6000 villages has finished surveys to contracting right of possessions, which takes up 20% of the total. 作者从浙江省农业厅获悉，，浙江省近日颁出土地确权登记后的第一本新版土地承包经营权证书。
电子信箱：184042016@qq.com浙江省农业厅经营管理处处长朱勇军介绍，新证的颁布标志着以前的村集体和农户之间的合同管理，演变为物权化的“权证管理”，具有更强的法律效力。此外，新版证件就如同农村土地的“二代身份证”，解决了面积不准、空间位置不明、登记不健全等遗留问题。

The reporter learned from Zhejiang Agriculture Department that, recently, Zhejiang has published the first certification for right of land contracting management in new edition after registration of lands had started.
It is known that there is a QR code in the new edition of certification, which can be scanned and inquired at any time, and includes anti-fake designing. As for measuring of lands, professional ways of measuring has been introduced, and GPS can be used to measure lands accurately, and all the information will be fill and put into storage, and be managed in informatization.
浙江省的新一轮农村土地承包经营权确权登记颁证工作，在2015年6月正式启动，计划用3年左右时间完成。目前浙江省超过6000个行政村完成了承包权属地调查，占总村数的20%，实测承包地面积超过300万亩，占家庭承包耕地面积的16%。

据介绍，新版的证书含有二维码，可以随时扫描查询，并包含防伪设计。而在土地测量上，引入了专业的测量单位，使用GPS定位对土地精准测量，并将信息建档入库信息化管理。 Zhu Yongjun, the chairman of managing section in Zhejiang Agriculture Department, introduced that promulgating of new certification means that managing way between farmers and villages has changed from contracts to real right, and the latter has stronger law effects.
